The challenge
A first-time founder needed an MVP for investor demos in 6 weeks. The product — a remote team management tool — needed to show onboarding flows, goal tracking, and leave management with real data.
Our solution
Built a full multi-tenant SaaS in 5 weeks using Next.js and Spring Boot. Used role-based access control with JWT, a PostgreSQL schema with org isolation, and Kafka for real-time notifications. Deployed on AWS with CI/CD via GitHub Actions.
Outcome
